Cyclists Jumping the Lights? RLJ Catch Up Challenge

RLJ (Red Light Jumping) is a source of much debate among road users. In this clip I play a game called 'Catch Up to RLJ cyclists Challenge' in which obviously I try to catch up to cyclists who jumped the lights and have an advantage over me....only for a bit of fun. There's a voice over on the video which is not my voice of course, but helps to understand how the game works. Some people say that the amount of cyclists jumping the lights is almost as many as drivers breaking the law by going above the speed limit, or using mobile phones while driving (which is insane right? Because all drivers are breaking the law constantly). But the the acronym RLJ is not exclusive to cyclists as I have seen countless motor vehicle drivers doing it. I do not have a problem with cyclists 'safely' jumping the lights. But in this clip I play a game called 'Catch Up to RLJ cyclists Challenge' a bit of fun and possibly we can debate about RLJ cyclists. I do not jump the lights, but personally I think it should be made legal for cyclists. I apologize in advance for calling the guy on the electric bke a 'plonker'. When I heard Suzan say it (the voice over on the vid) I though it was hilarious at the time of editing this vid... now not su much.
