Rigged To5 means that the organizers decided the teams to try and make them as balanced as possible. In the Moles game mode, after the first episode 1 person on each team is randomly chosen as the 'mole'. All these moles form a seperate team and can choose to stay covertly hidden and sabotage the team they started with from within or meet up with their actual mole team.
