Rachel's life changed instantly when she was hit by a car in March of 2012. She lost her left leg below the knee and now wears a prosthesis to walk and perform as a professional actress. Due to complications she is still in a starter leg and has very limited knee flexion with this prosthesis, but hopefully soon she'll have a leg specifically built for dancing!
