Danville Virginia Police Detective Samuel Bray returns several illegally seized Cell phones

Danville Virginia Police Detective Samuel Bray is seen returning illegally seized Cell phones on October 14th, 2016 from an address located in the College Park area of Danville, Virginia and months later explained where to find the search warrant with its attached affidavit being part of the affidavit according to Virginia law would be located in the Circuit Court Clerk's Office. Upon searching the records within the clerk's office no search warrant could be found for the for mention address on October 14th 2016. But a search warrant was discovered in the possession of the Commonwealth's attorney's office not in the Circuit Court Clerk's Office. The owner of these videos has submitted in a claim to the city of Danville on Jan 23th, 2017 and have posted these videos on WDBJ7 website. The word "Illegal" is used in the title referencing to a illegal search of persons and/or things lacking probable cause and/or lack of an affidavit attached in violation of Virginia Law § 19.2-56.
