[DC] Sturmwind video review

Ready to face the storm? About the video: all footage has been recorded from Japanese Dreamcast with RGB connections to a Micomsoft FrameMeister, running at 720p with scanlines emulation on. Why scanline emulation on? Well, the Dreamcast was a console born well before digital panels, so I wanted to be a close as possible to the old CRT days. Also, 480p upscaling in the FrameMeister isn't as good as with 240p material, and the game would have looked considerably worse than it does in this review. So far, I've always kept scanlines emulation off for games on old consoles (and the PSP), but if there will be more, I'll probably go for scanline emulation on.
