Dear YouTube, Why are you allowing scam advertisements on the platform?

The past few weeks while I scroll through the Home Page of the YouTube Mobile App I've seen noticed an increase of Scam Advertisements on the feed, After trying to reach YouTube multiple times on Twitter for a reasoning behind this and getting no response I thought maybe showing the issue here would help them come out and discuss why they're allowing these advertisements to publish on the platform.
