Debugging Race Conditions in FreeRTOS / PIC24 using the Simulics Reverse Debugger

We demonstrate how race conditions can be found using the Simulics Reverse Debugger in just a few clicks. The time line view can be used to jump to any point in the target's runtime or to perform a binary search to track down any effect observed on the target. This video shows an integration for PIC24 as plug-in for the MPLabX IDE. The application is a FreeRTOS running two Game of Life tasks.
