This can be found in their books "Hello Cupcake" or "What's new Cupcake" http://www.hellocupcakebook.com/ I recommend using homemade butter cream for this as the commercial stuff is just too thin and runny. If you use the tootsie roll stem and fruit roll up leaves put them in only a couple of hours before serving, they will get soggy and will melt if left in too long. I also recommend using red cupcake liners, it would be much cuter. You could also make one apple with a "bite" taken out of it by putting some white icing in an indentation on the side and even add a gummy worm! :) If you don't have tootsie rolls you can use any kind of soft toffee or caramel. You could easily make leaves by rolling out green gumdrops and cutting them into leaf shapes as well.
