This is a full-featured Customer Relations Manager that you can use to manage calendars, contacts, tasks, and memos. What we're looking at here is our list of contacts, in the left window pane, and our contact details in the right window pane. The colors in the list view are categories. There's no limit to the number of contacts you can store. If we start typing within the list view we'll get a real-time search. Now we've found Teresa Atkinson. The details view is active, so that you can, say, email, or map, directly from here. If we click anywhere on the details we get an edit screen, where all the contact fields are exposed. DejaOffice supports nine custom fields. For this tour we'll just add some data to Custom 1 and save the change. Another feature you can use directly from the detail view is "Next Action", where we can schedule a call, a task, or an event, with Teresa. We'll add a "Sales Meeting" with Teresa, for, say, 10 o'clock. And then we'll save that. And then we can go into our Day View calendar, and see that the event is there, in the left window pane, along with the event details, and your task list, in the right window pane. You also have month and week views in calendar. Here's our week view, and, up at the top of my screen, I have the ability to show this week's tasks as well. And here's the month view calendar. You can zoom in and out to whatever level you're most comfortable with. This is our task list. Our tasks have status, categories, priorities, along with all the traditional fields you'd expect tasks to have. And here's our list of memos. Moving on to settings, you can encrypt your database so that it's unreadable, even for a hacker, if they don't have your password. You can also hide and mask records that you've marked as private, as an additional security feature. And you can also manage your database, with backup and restore, copy, or move. And you can even switch between multiple databases. Just a couple of more features to show you. The first is themes for the user interface. You can choose among light opaque, light translucent, gray, or dark translucent, depending on your preference. And one more feature, which is a lot of people's favorite. You can pin individual apps to your Windows desktop, so that they're always available. Here we'll pin the month view calendar, and then I'll close DejaOffice. The calendar remains on your desktop, and fully active. And we can resize and move it to whatever position we find most convenient. Thanks for watching the tour.
