Delhi court rejects AAP MLA Mohaniya's bail plea - ANI News

New Delhi, June 27 (ANI): A Delhi court on Monday dismissed the bail plea of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Dinesh Mohaniya in connection with assault charges and sent him to judicial custody till July 11. Giving details, a lawyer said the accused MLA had rubbished the allegations, saying it was an attempt to defame his reputation as the water mafia is frustrated because of the Delhi Government's crackdown.
