(2015 Tour – Day #70 / Challenge #69) Hey everybody! Day #70 of my 2015 Eastern USA & Canada Tour and for this food challenge I'm in Catonsville, Maryland just west of Baltimore at Pho Saigon. I'll be taking on their delicious Man vs Pho Challenge which was massive and had to be finished in less than only 30 minutes. Pho Saigon’s Man vs Pho Challenge ($25): The challenge consists of a large metal bowl filled with over 2 pounds of noodles and 2 pounds of various beef meats including beef tripe, meatballs, tendon, and brisket. There is also plenty of broth which is not completely required but they want you to finish most of it. There is a short 30 minute time limit to finish everything. Winners receive the meal free and a t-shirt!! They also get their photo on the Wall of Fame!! This video was filmed on Thursday, December 3, 2015 (12/3/2015).
