Dell fan not spinning Solved

Here is a Dell Latitude with fan not spinning although the fan is in OK order. This has been my problem since a long time ago when a woman brought to my shop a huge XPS DELL laptop. I thought it is a hardware problem but now, beside the hardware problem you also need to reset the BIOS to defaults in order for it to work properly !
