All these “fat women” can dance circles around me and lift 10 times the weight you or I can. Just because someone has visible muscle doesn’t mean their healthy. As a recovered alcoholic, tweaker, pill head and person with an eating disorder, I looked healthy on the outside, but the inside was a very different reality.
