Diemme Filtration - GHT Filter Press on Tailings Dewatering

Diemme Filtration supplied two GHT-2000 filter presses to a Gold / Silver mine in Mexico for Tailings Dewatering. The GHT filter press is an overhead beam, pull to close type, specifically designed for heavy duty mining applications. Each filter press is capable of processing 1000 tDS/day of solids, with a residual moisture content of only 13 to 15%. The plates are recessed type, 2m x 2m in size. Compressed air is blown through the plates to help reduce the residual moisture in the dewatered cake. For larger capacity projects, Diemme Filtration also manufacture the GHT-2500, which uses 2.5 x 2.5 m plates.
