Dishonored 2 (Unplayable edition): A new and odd launch problem.

After 4 hours into the game, taking a break and then relaunching the game, this happens every time and i cannot do anything about it. Love Bethesda and its 1 day review policy, with normal embargo review policy this sh1t would have been detected and patched before launch.
