DIY $70 Custom Chinese Road Bike Shoes

I wanted some new road bike shoes, but the good looking ones (SIDI, Fizik, Specialized) were too expensive, and the cheap ones were too ugly. Solution: DIY. Iwas inspired by the custom pop-art Giro shoes of Bradley Wiggins, etc. So I bought some $70 Taiwanese DiaZi road bike shoes from Taobao in China and some Angelus paint from America (Amazon Associate link below) and tried customising my shoes.
