DIY Chinese New Year Paper Lantern!

OPEN ME!!! Happy Chinese New Year! If you want to be like me and decorate your house for the festive season, try out this DIY tutorial! The steps are a little complicated, but hopefully you can understand them and make your own! Sorry this video is a tad late, the first day of Chinese New Year was Jan. 31, 2014! :D But that's okay, now you will have something to do with all those red packets you receive in the new year! :) If you don't have red envelopes, just use any coloured paper cut into rectangles!
