DIY Choker - How To Make A Choker Necklace With Fabric

All you need is the following: .a black elastic band .measuring tape .scissors .pencil .velcro patches .transparent fabric Here's how to do it: Step 1 - measure your neck and add 1/2 an inch for the velcro overlap Step 2 - cut the elastic band to size Step 3 - measure the fabric with some excess in either side Step 4 - fold over either side and glue to the elastic Step 5 - stick velcro onto the opposite ends on the choker Step 6 - be fabulous!
