DIY [Reusable] Stencil & T-shirt

This is a tutorial on how to make a reusable stencil for any project using a plastic pocket folder. In this video I use my stencils for t-shirts but you can use them for a variety of different projects! I am a mother of three and when you get into the multiples things can get pretty expensive so, in my projects, I try to use things I can find almost all the time in my home and cost as little as possible to make.
