DO NOT BUY THE 10" SILENT SPINNER WITHOUT WATCHING THIS FIRST

Unfortunately I've now had two of the brand new 10" silent spinner wheels break within a few weeks of normal use. Hopefully Kaytee will look into this issue and upgrade the connector to handle the extra size and weight of this wheel. If you ordered a wheel from my shop and have had issues with it please email me your order number and a photo of the broken wheel to [email protected]. Since these wheels have not been officially recalled by the company I am requiring photo proof to ensure a refund/credit is warranted.
