Dog Owner calls cops on Me because I was Recording His Yard: Arlington, Oregon

I have other video, but it's mostly me documenting what happened during the recording and this home dweller driving around following me in his red truck when I walked to the local church, then he stopped the cop, whom said he got multiple calls about me (I'm 99% positive a lie). The only person likely to have called me was the shirtless red truck dog owner. After this cop interaction, the red truck continued his rally by stopping at a group of young guys near me when I recorded some historical signs near the highway. That made me a little nervous. Also, the red truck driver stopped and talked with a state trooper, which I found curious, but the state troopers do not deal with any city issues anyways. They are turtles, while the sheriff department are tortoises.
