Rides to both sides of the Delaware, first the Reading from Hatboro to New Hope, then the PRR from Trenton to East Stroudsburg via the Bel-Del branch to Manunka Chunk Junction (yes there really was a place with that name!), the DL&W Old Main Line from there to Slateford, then the Lackawanna Main through the Delaware Water Gap to meet a pair of Lackawanna trains at East Stroudsburg. These admittedly shaky films were shot by John Hand of Reading, PA around early 1952, when both services were living on borrowed time. Credit also for the establishing still shots at Trenton to John Dziobko. I think the subject matter makes up for the problems of film quality, you will notice many landmarks in the film.
