The vulgar and derisive remarks from the commander in chief quickly earned rebukes from Democratic lawmakers. But conservative pundits rushed to provide cover for the president, casting the explosive comment as a minor occurrence. “This doesn’t move the needle at all,” Fox News co-host Jesse Watters said on “The Five.” “This is who Trump is.
