Dragon Age Inquisition - The Lag

Decided to set my settings on Ultra a few days ago to see how the game runs. It lags hard. But then it messes up cutscenes like this and then it's funny. Servis says what he needs to say then stands there awkwardly for about 20 seconds before continuing on. Oddly, the lip syncing is still spot on - the camera just can't keep up! Back to gross looking textured characters then!
