DreamGirl SG 2015 Main Activitiy Round -- Escape Room w/ The Escape Artist

DreamGirl SG 2015 contestants made their way down to The Escape Artist (http://www.theescapeartist.sg/) to take part in their second Main Activity, and also, their only team based activity for the competition. Divided into groups of 5s and 4s, the objective is to "break-out" of the room by solving all the puzzles and unlocking all the hidden clues. The contestants would have to work together as a team and try to solve the mystery of the room in the shortest time possible, while making sure that their contribution level towards the team's efforts are high so that they will be scored high in the peer evaluation as well. Scoring for this round was unique -- 50% decided by Justin from The Escape Artist based on how fast team "escaped" from the room. -- 50% decided by own team mates based on peer evaluation. Watch how mini claws came out when the contestants were asked whom they thought did poorly. Miss DreamGirlSG is a unique competition focused on empowering females to fight for their dreams. Employing a format never seen before in Singapore, with contestants competing for points in a league format through grading of their performances in numerous interesting activities, and with blogging being a significant part of the contest as well, Miss DreamGirlSG aims to unearth petite girls who not only have the potential to be strong, confident women, but have the hunger and attitude for success as well. The secondary message that we want to convey too is that while physical beauty and poise may mean everything in a beauty contest, truly beautiful women go beyond height, weight and looks. What really counts to us are girls who find the courage to go beyond their comfort zone to take in new experiences with an open mind and heart, and to grasp the opportunities that are provided to pursue their dreams with commitment and passion. We believe that the many ladies out there who have lived their lives believing that what they can achieve in life is restricted because of their size, height and looks, will draw inspiration from the contestants and step forward to fight for their dreams with courage!
