Drunk UBER passenger calls me f***** and SMASHES my phone. Mt. Pleasant, SC

UPDATE 2: She said her apology to me in person and paid for the replacement phone. She'll now go to pre-trial intervention. Case closed. UPDATE: Police were able to obtain this woman's information and she was served a warrant. She turned herself in Tuesday, 3/13/18 and spent a few hours in jail before being released. A court date will be scheduled later where she will be pay restitution of $150.00 for the broken phone.
