DSS Portal: Upload SSL Certificate

Using email attachments is considered an insecure method of transport for sensitive data, such as private keys. For security reasons we recommend uploading your certificate through the DSS portal and can assist in a walk-through of the process if you are encountering difficulties. To upload the SSL certificates follow the steps below: 1. Log into the DSS portal https://dss.dosarrest.com/login 2. (OPTIONAL) Select desired VIP/VWS 3. Select Manage Web Servers in the left panel 4. Select Domains Tab 5. Confirm that the domains with the SSL certificate has either "Both" or "HTTPS" protocols selected and save changes if required 6. Select General Tab 7. Select HTTPS checkbox if it is not selected 8. Either copy all of the cert/intermediates/keys into the appropriate fields or use the upload button to attach and upload the appropriate files (Ensure the primary and intermediates chains are in the proper order) 9. Click the Check SSL Certificate button to confirm the keys match or if you are missing any other requirements 10. Click Save if the certificate and intermediate keys are confirmed as a match noted in the previous step 11. Commit and update changes by clicking the big red bar at the top of the screen confirming the change
