The queen likes to hide behind her arms frequently so use the trampolines to bounce your pipe bombs around her arms. Staying on the left side affords good protection from the majority of her attacks, so you'll mainly need to watch for the aliens that she spawns to attack you, and be on your guard when you go to restock your pipe bombs from the center ammo stack.
