The video showcases level 1 from this Work-In-Progress mod. Author of the mod is Vitaliy "(_DNV_)" Bondarenko, who is currently a professional level designer, Game Director and CEO of Black Ice Team, working on their debut title Max the Revenger:

After completing Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project I started to search what the mod community of this game has to offer.
I found Dark Town and Glopp canyon - decent and fun maps, but leave something to be desired. ArenA mod is very well-made, but also is very hard, so it's not for everyone.
Continued search brought me to 2019°С. Unfinished mod in beta stage, but first few levels are ready to play.
This is where I found exactly what I was looking for - high-quality story-driven map.
Level 1 is amazing. The city is well-detailed and has a perfectly captured atmosphere of Duke Nukem 3D's city. But unlike DN3D, where everything was "static" - some time after the disaster has happened, here Duke arrives when it's just began, so we have a living, breathing city with mix of many ambient sounds, pedestrians on the streets and cars on the roads. Overall it all makes the player feel like being in a real location, not in an area created as an excuse to kill monsters.
Placement of roads, obstacles, enemies, barrels is done very well, providing interesting, various and balanced gameplay.
At 5:33, rectangular bus like in old Build engine games is a nice nostalgic moment.
Searching for secrets is very rewarding, because you might get whole new area to explore.
The author also voiced Duke by himself and wrote new one-liners, it sounds pretty good.
The mod replaces levels of the original game, which allows it to start from main menu and have permanent save games.
My only complaint is blue keycard, hidden in an obscure place which is very easy to miss. It seemed very logical to put the keycard somewhere around the caved-in tunnel, and that's where I was searching for it for a long time, looking around, throwing pipebombs hoping to explode or trigger something. I eventually thought that the level is broken since the author simply forgot to put a key there or the key is unreachable due to some bug and stopped playing. Thankfully, browsing through the author's forum clearly told me that the level is possible to complete.
Eventually I started to look around the whole level and found a secret area at the beginning. I thought that the key might be hidden just like this area, and found it soon after.
Overall this is the best Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project map I've seen so far. And you're reading this description, it saved you from wasting time around the tunnel. And if you still won't find the key, you can see where it is at 13:10.
Now that the only flaw of this great map is eliminated for you, there's no excuse not to play it, so download, play at your earliest convenience, and you will not regret it.
Mod Story:
During the day, Duke was called by mayor of small town Mantis City, which is near Manhattan. He was told that the town was attacked by mutants. Mayor has started the evacuation, but despite this, far from everyone has left.
Mutants appeared after an UFO landed on the stadium, also people saw some glowing green orb, which flied above town to unknown destination.
Duke ordered to turn off the lights in some parts of the town, so he could sneak in covertly and start his investigation. His good old friends Alex, MAX and GAS are also going there. They will be dropped somewhere nearby.
