Dump truck slams into 8 motorcycles; 3 killed, 6 transported

The scene was horrific at 27th Drive and Carefree Highway. At 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 25, 2010, a group of motorcyclists at the intersection were hit from behind by a large sanitation dump truck that was eastbound on Carefree Highway. A total of eight motorcycles and five vehicles were involved in the collision.
