Durolane Injection - 6 months post knee surgery

I haven't been healing as well as I hoped the last few weeks, as my rehab exercises have been aggravating the joint rather than increase strength and contracting muscle. At 6 months in, Im still limping and unable to do the simple exercises such as bodyweight squats; putting me behind on the recovery process.
