In this campaign we will cover the changes (Mainly the free officers level catching up to player levels, nerfing of high lvl title characters, and supposedly the ability for factions to replenish troops faster. This is also the first time I get my ass kicked because I swapped my character, so 1.04 might not be that miracle patch yet...
