e350 passengers side fan noise EAT

This is the sound coming from the passengers side of the car when it is on. It only happens sporadically when the fan/ac/heater is turned on and when its turned on speeds 3-4 it is most audible. For anyone who has this problem, it is the fan blower motor that needs to be replaced. It totally fixed this annoying sound.
