Ebay Return "Not As Described" || Buyer Fraud || Claims DITL || eBay INAD

This video shows what happens when a buyer lies about " not as described on eBay. It is a continually frustrating experience for the seller. This buyer tries first to get a partial refund and when he doesn't get it he claims that the lamp "blew a circuit"....which is shown to not be true in the following.
