You can access to the vendor in the Demo version of Path of Fire expansion. Gambling 89 x Sandstorm Orbs (equivalent to Glob of Destabilized Ectoplasm). All together, 89 Orbs cost me 8,900g and 22,500 Glob of Ectoplasms (worth ~7,500g) As seen in the video, I also got Supreme Rune of Holding. In the real game, we have Superior Rune of Holding (level 60) and it used to make 20 Slot bags. We may be able to get 21+ Slot bags with the Supreme Rune of Holding when the expansion will be live. I am not able to confirm because I didn't found any crafting station. With that being said, maybe we will see other type of Supreme stuffs in the game (Sigil, Rune, Food, Utility).
