Eddie first came to national prominence in the 1980s with his 12-part television series "Storyteller" and "Ten Minute Tales." Whenever Eddie tells stories in schools and libraries, at literary festivals in Europe and America, even in prisons, he always gets a warmest reception and a lot of questions. The author of 17 books, including those of authentic folklore, historic tales, and his own sequence of children stories. Eddie's been short-listed as Astrid Lindgren Memorial Award finalist for two consecutive years, in 2012 and 2013, for his work as a storyteller and an author of children stories.
