Elderly Yachtsmen Have Been Saved 9 Times Since July

US yachtsmen Bob Weise and Steve Shapiro aka “Captain Calamities” have been rescued nine times since starting their trip to sail across the Atlantic from Norway in July . Their latest mishap involved their ship, Nora, catching fire after the two 71-year-olds left a candle burning while they went ashore to take a bathroom break. The boat capsized causing the candle to set clothing and cabinets on fire. Weise and Shapiro insist they are perfectly adept and plan to continue their journey.
