Encoding Settings for OBS, Vegas 14 and x264 (1080p 60fps)

But please read the other comments before you do. And if I do some minor adjustments I'll post them here below. I've tried so many settings and I don't know how many test videos I've encoded. With the current settings I have a good baseline for my games, but I can easily raise the encoding quality (to 18 or even 16) for any game that seems to require it. Note that I never claimed to be an expert, but I tried to understand the settings instead of just copying some random settings that people claim to be the best.
