Naylor the Lawn Care Rookie was up from Virginia, shooting a video with me today for his channel called Get To Know The GIE! While he was up there, we were talking about how his business has grown over the last 18 months, and it inspired me to shoot this video. We got to hangout and do a MI meet and greet the night before at a local restaurant, and meet a bunch of local fans. While we were there, so many folks were asking questions about getting started in lawn care, and any advice we could share. Overwhelmingly, Naylor, myself, and a few other vets in the business had the same advice to share. Enjoy the journey of growing your lawn care business, and establish some patience while you're in the pursuit of your goals. So many folks look at YouTuber's and folks with other lawn care businesses as success stories and, it wasn't always that way. Success isn't an overnight achievement. Sometimes it takes a few years to hit your goals. Sometimes it takes a little longer than we all originally expected it to take. This was just a fun video we were able to shoot, hoping to give you guys the same encouragement we gave a handful of folks the night before. Enjoy the journey of your business and it's growth. Have a plan, work the plan, but remember to stay flexible and patient. The breakthrough will come, but only for those who have the patience and commitment to see things through.
