EP Gel Datum Shield Protective Film & Datum Easy Film Applicator

The Datum Shield Protective Film is specially designed for masking stencils for localised and controlled electropolishing. Used together with EP Gel, it allows you to mask and polish specific areas of the stencil and you can also polish only one side. Also available are specially designed Datum Easy Film Applicators for each size of film to ensure bubble free application. Features: • Strong holding power to last through the electropolishing process. Yet easy enough to remove after electropolishing. • Provides uniform masking of the board side of the stencil • Easy applicator ensures that there are no air pockets between film and steel • Rolls are perforated every 300mm to make cutting to size easier • Width Sizes: 100mm, 300mm Using the EP Gel Tape will maintain the virgin stainless steel finish on the board side of the stencil.
