When starting their business, many entrepreneurs dream of making millions. However stats show, that only 4% of small businesses make one million or more in annual sales and that's for the whole company. The average small business owner working in Los Angeles, makes $88,442 a year. This statistic does not include solopreneurs which make about half this on average. This is not a hand full of business owners that we’re talking about. Ninety-nine point seven percent (99.7%) of US firms with employees are small businesses. Small business owners are leaders and caretakers of the community. They are the backbone of the economy and yet in general, they don’t make enough to afford to buy a home in LA? On top of the fact that business owners are making far at least than they should be. 61% of businesses are not profitable over the course of their lifetime. Looking at these numbers it’s obvious that the majority of business owners have not taking the time to master the art and science of creating revenues and scaling them. It’s no wonder 55% of business owners fear of losing their business altogether. As a business owner, you are a leader. A lot of people in your circle of influence we’re looking up to you to be certain, your family, your team, your clients. On the other hand, if you're a money making master, you’ll eliminate uncertainty. You’ll no longer have to constantly feel losing your company or your sanity. While you’re mastering the art of growing your revenues, focus on happiness. You know in fact, always focus on happiness. But how? This little trick is something that everyone should know. There are three types of happiness; The first is pleasure the second is flow third type is meaning – this is the longest lasting type of happiness. Being part of something bigger than yourself. When you're creating your goals, think about this, it will help you focus on things that give you longer lasting happiness. It’s science. I also bring up happiness because if we, as a community, help business owners like you become masters of making money and happiness, then most of our community’s biggest problems will get solved in the process. Local entrepreneurs are in the perfect position to create positive change in the community. That is why it’s so important that we focus on helping business owners like you make more money and be happier. My goal is to reduce poverty and create a thriving little class in Los Angeles. What happens in LA, gets spread throughout the world. My ultimate dream is that communities throughout the world would join us on this adventure and replicate our success.
