Ετοιμασια αντικριστο αρνι Κρητη, Making Lamb antikristo Crete

Lamb antikristo ( antikri in Greek means opposite, this way of grilling is called antikristo due to the fact that the meat is the opposite the fire) is one of the oldest ways of grilling and goes back to the Minoan civilisation on Crete,something similar see in Latin America with the Asado. On this video i try to show you how we prepare the meat so it will be grilled evenly. Depending on the size of the Lamb can take from 2 hours about for a 12kg lamb to 4 hours for a 20+ kg lamb.
