[EVE Online] Laz Ishtar vs Gatecamp

Running through branch in an experimental battery Ishtar when I finally stumbled into a fight. I roll capacitor penalty AND armor penalty on my Exile booster. GF to all involved was a fun test to see what the new fit could do!
