Evidence Destruction Problems Lets Play Party Hard 2 Episode 3 #PartyHard2

Is this a bug or am I missing the evidence who knows? What I do know is that when I do complete the level in a future episode I glitch it so you don't even get the opportunity to inspect the laptop or look for the evidence so I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't spawn in here... What is the evidence? Maybe if I had the destroy the evidence option later I would have assumed the laptop (I majorly tried to destroy it in every way here) the odd robot, or the "friend" and his camera, none of these seem destructible... I've also found "evidence" on a later level that is a skull cup that doesn't exist here that I can find, so who knows what I missed, either way we waste a lot of time trying to find and destroy this evidence and getting taken out by the sneaky bodyguard catching us unaware on several occasions.
