1. History, examination and necessary investigations.

3. Positioning of patient, scrubbing and drapping.
4.Anesthesia (ketamine)
5. Base held with arteriostat and resected with 20 sized blade.
6. Figure of 8 stitch applied with vicryl 2/0 to secure bleeding.
7. Wash with normal saline
8. Aseptic dresaing and bandage.
9. Recovery.
