F3J and F5J Competition, Sandy Valley NV, April 2017

First event held at this new location in Sandy Valley NV, well the field is actually on the California side of the border, but don't tell anyone! Friday and Saturday saw the F3J event take place in fairly good conditions, Sunday and Monday was F5J, high winds plagued the light weight F5J models, with many being destroyed or damaged on the ground in the pits. Only 2 rounds flown Sunday, and 8 Monday.
