FaceRig Bugs & Troubleshooting error facerig.exe has stopped working

facerig.exe has stopped working I tried validating files and re installing facerig and its components but it still get a crash with a KERNELBASE.dll windows error, If i could is it possible for me to link a dl to the dmp created upon crashing?
