There are a number of ways in which we can resolve the car theft :
-First of all we can question the little boy in front of The Cat's Paw and he will accuse Jules giving us 500 xp but Jules will retaliate and the kid gets hurt.
-The car can be bargained for, you can sleep with T-Ray for it, you can pay the full ammount or murder everyone. But you don't get any rewards for the last solution.
-We finally get the last car upgrade and right in time, we will need the extra space in the next video.
To work for the Wrights you need to have above 0 karma, not be a slaver or childkiller. And it's mandatory to talk to Chris in the train station, otherwise you will be shot the moment you enter Orville's room.
Doing some sleughting requires above 7 intelligence. Questioning the 3 dealers (Jagged Jimmy , Jules and Lil' Jesus ......gee that's a lot of "j") will only lead you to run around in circles, so don't bother. Instead you need at least 7 int to try searching Richard's room and showing the empty jet canister to Jagged Jimmy will give you the lead to keep the investigation going.
An alternate solution would be to dig up Richard's grave in Golgotha and examine the corpse, you'll reach the same conclussion.
Explaining the conspiracy behind his death requires having 7 or more intelligence and knowing what each family does , which is why we had to pay Jules up.
We could have got the same info of Father Tully but money is a bit irrelevant at this point and I wouldn't believe a single thing that drunkard said to me.
If by any chance we simply didn't care enough about anyone and wanted to find a Patzi then pointing the finger at someone would make them disappear permanently from the game. In case we decided to kill that someone who was supposed to be our fall guy then the whole Wright family would start using us as target practice.
If our charisma is 7 or better we can talk to the children playing outside and ask them to take us to the meeting site in the desert (there are other ways to get there) or giving them a loaded gun and say to "go play with dad". I would be a refreshing change if more modern RPG's allowed you to be THIS morally bankrupt.
Now, in the grand tradition of every GTA ever, we will be working for every major criminal organization , so now came the time to pay one of the big players a visit : Bishop. A long while ago we got a briefcase from Moore in Vault City , who is apparently a spy from NCR and is doule timing them for New Reno. Suddenly the mysterious organized raider attacks become less suspicious.
Bishop doesn't want to be NCR's puppet any more and sends you to kill his boss down south. We lose karma for accepting the job but not doing so will grant us a hellfire of bullets from 30 or so thugs. Besides, there are tons of ways to murder Bishop and a punch to the head is not dramatic enough.
And as the saying goes : What happens in New Reno stays in New Reno. The routine at Bishop's is an add on by the Restoration project. Females characters can dance in the cage while male characters can do a comedy routine. In any case, for the comedy act you need a high charisma (7 or greater) to succeed , while the erotic exhibition is dependant on your Agility or Charisma score, (the highest of the 2).
