Hangman's Alley Minutemen settlement build. Inspired by shop and restaurant-filled alleyways. I made use of the rooftops to fit in some greenhouses due to lack of sunlight in the alley and used a mod to hollow out 2 of the apartments so they can be re-purposed as commercial and residential spaces.
