Fallout 4 Mod - My Old Tub Boat Player Home

This is the first mod I have created for Fallout 4. This is the next installment of my mods "My Old Tub" that I have created for the Fallout games. This mod is similar to my other "My Old Tub" mods for both Fallout 3 and New Vegas, but is a good upgrade from them. Frame rate was a bit choppy here and there, but all in all I think it gets the point across at what this mod does, hope you enjoy!
